Google adds background images
So Bing copies Google and adds background images, now Google copies Bing and adds background imagery. What is this a race to the bottom in credibility? You didn’t need to do this.
Seriously Google, it was the clean clutter free interface that brought people to you in the 1st place, then you took it a step further with the disappearing links leaving only the foucus on search box. Now this?...

Apple just launched a website which demoes some great examples of rich webpages made using standards-based technologies. A fantastic resource.
Some really impressive stuff, can’t wait for the day when this will be universally in all browsers. A new toolbox to play with.
