![Google Wants You To Give Chrome For Christmas, via TechCrunch [via Me!]
I tipped off TechCrunch to an ad i saw on the weekend whilst using the Chrome Linux Beta on my netbook. The ad linked to the site www.chromeforchristmas.com and gave you the option to ‘wrap’ the browser [with a nice animation of the logo being wrapping in your choice] and send to a friend.
TechCrunch wrote an article about it and gave a friendly ‘hat tip’ to me and a link to my site. It’s currently get re-tweeted and re-posted at a frightening speed, its trending as #givechrome on Twitter. I don’t expect my site will take much punishment, just wished i had given it a design overhaul…
